It was going to put Master P back on top until his label feel apart. This is the hardest album that has never been released. Their graphics were pretty bland at that point. This was before the bling-bling era kicked in. The legendary Pen N Pixel was responsible for designing and arranging the album cover artwork. Now the Down South Hustlers: Makin’ Moves Compilation was completed. That is why Who U Wit? was released instead as that compilation had a more commercial sound than the Down South Hustlers: Makin’ Moves Compilation would have had. Sadly the album was never released because Master P made a decision to can the album entirely and cancel its release.
